The Deal Score is a 0–100 rating that evaluates every property on four weighted factors: comp quality, market conditions, rehab scope, and exit risk. Scores of 80+ indicate a Strong Buy, 60–79 is Viable, 40–59 is Risky, and below 40 is a Pass.
